TIME MANAGEMENT


       Time passes through our hands like grains of sand, never to return again. Those who use time wisely, rewarded with the life of a rich, productive and satisfying.
       To achieve our goals and become anything we can possibly achieve, we should be able to manage our time. The ability to control himself in managing time is the key to gain a sense of happiness, confidence, health and welfare.
      
Same with anything else, time management skills can be learned. No matter how we in the past or how bad we have a habit to procrastinate or often get stuck doing the activities of no value. Opportunity to change is always open if we want.
      
We can be the most efficient, effective and productive in our field by studying how other people have changed from confusion and frustration in the direction of more focused.
      
The tips that can help us better manage time, among others are: First, determine the goals and objectives are based on the order of priority and its value for us. We must ensure at all times, whether the most important things done. At some point, maybe that should take precedence over career. At other times maybe a family destination. And at yet another possible health goals.
      
Second, do the activities that will lead us towards the goal to be achieved. If we know our goals, then we will know how to achieve that goal. The only way to distinguish what is right and wrong, are more important or less important, high priority or low priority, is to first determine what we want to achieve or goals at that time.
      
Third, the role of intelligence. Intelligence always appear as one determinant of success of people in any field. Acting intelligently is to do actions consistent with achieving the goals that we set for ourselves.
       Fourth, determine the long-term goals. Time management begins with clarity. Writing down the goals that we want to achieve in every aspect of our lives. Once clear our goals, we plan every minute and every hour to achieve the things we really want to get.
      
Fifth, start with a list of activities. We need to plan our lives with a list of goals and projects. We need to plan each month, in advance, with a list of things to be achieved in that month. We need to make every stage in each set of activities will be completed and then sorts the list by priority.
      
Sixth, use the previous plan.
       Seventh, distinguish things that are urgent from the important things. That is the urgent activity is activity that must be done immediately.
       Therefore, make use of time as well as possible. For the time that we have not wasted on useless things.
